Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite good overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, although lacking in furniture and facing a noisy highway. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring Merida and the coast, and the facilities were decent. However, the dining options were disappointing with limited choices and slow service.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were really good, somehow old but clean and all working nicely, although facing the busy highway outside made it a bit noisy with traffic throughout the whole night. The mid-sized rooms had a fast Wi-Fi connection, which was a plus.
The hotel looked lovely but was not very clean, with dusty shelves. Unfortunately, the room facing the busy highway made it impossible to ignore the constant traffic noise throughout the night. The service was awesome despite one guest talking loudly all night.
After a day of travel, I found the hotel to be really good. The rooms had a nice and big bathroom and looked good from the outside. They were somehow old but clean and all working nicely. The service was very nice and helpful, although at night, there was some loud talking. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for exploring Merida and the coast of Yucatan. It's not far from the beach or the city, situated between Merida and Progreso. The dining experience was disappointing with limited food options. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel has a great location to explore Merida and the coast of Yucatán, with excellent assistance available. The rooms, although spacious and nice from the outside, were somewhat old but clean and in good working condition. The service was awesome despite some noise at night, always helpful and friendly. The dining experience was rated low due to old pastries and a limited breakfast menu. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
